"The true secret of happiness lies in taking a genuine interest in all the details of daily life."
- William Morris
There's something about London's Borough Market that makes me want to slow down, despite the constant buzz around it. Tucked beneath the railway arches, it's one of London's oldest food markets, with a history stretching back over 1,000 years.
Whether you're wandering with a coffee in hand, browsing artisan stalls or deciding which incredible smell to follow next, it's a place that's as much about the atmosphere as it is the food. Every visit feels a little different, but I always leave wondering why I don't come back more often.
